A note from Cait... We are retiring Revive Bath & Body

Posted by Caitlin Abshier on

Wow, what a year it has been!
Cait + Co has experienced so much growth this year, I can hardly believe it. In 2018, I was able to travel for the first time with our partnered nonprofit, the Lovin' Soap Project. We went to Kenya where my team and I taught eleven women how to make and sell soap. They are still thriving, and we are planning to go back to visit them! As we look to 2019, I'm excited to say Cait + Co will be launching 25 new products. Products that will bring joy and radiate beauty. With that, I do have some bittersweet news. At the end of 2018, we will be retiring Revive Bath and Body.
Revive Bath and Body is initially the brand that launched my small business in 2010. I started making and selling 'Revive' soaps during high school and college. I remember the days when my mom would complain that all of her kitchen towels were oil stained! But little did she know one day we would be here. After several years doing farmer's markets, pop up shops, and craft shows, I decided to dive into the wholesale marketplace in 2014 to see if I could take this little soap company to the next level. My mom was a gift shop buyer at the time, and she really helped me prepare our line for wholesale. After our initial launch into wholesale, we also expanded and launched Luxe Apothecary as our second brand. After Luxe, we continued to expand our lines to also include Urban Wick and Aquamarine. All of these brands make up what Cait + Co is today; a company that thrives to bring products that create enjoyable memories, fun, and a time of relaxation. As we look towards the future, things always have to change. I knew this day would eventually come, and what a bittersweet day it is....when my first brand, Revive Bath and Body, retires from our shelves.

I cannot wait to show you what all we have in store for 2019. Thank you for being apart of my journey, for supporting this little soap business, and for those who were there to lend a hand when I didn't know if we would make it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
